GITAH Porcino

GITAH Porcino is a cluster of Dutch companies that will work together with stakeholders in Argentina to optimize the local pig supply chain in Argentina. The cluster consists of 10 companies, including Veldman Group, which deal with the entire pig chain.

GITAH’s goal is to further optimize the supply chain together with Argentinian counterparts. After several visits and based on the input of the Argentinian chain members, GITAH came to the conclusion that the following aspects within the Argentinian pig chain have great potential to reach an even higher level: optimization of genetics, application of technology, exchange of knowledge and increase and availability of external financing.

We look forward to the collaboration and to be able to contribute to the optimization of the pig chain in Argentina.
